- The Center for the Assessment and Monitoring of Forest and Environmental
Resources (CAMFER) at UC Berkeley is dedicated to providing innovative,
state-of-the-art monitoring of environment using geospatial technologies (GIS,
GPS and Remote Sensing). CAMFER research and outreach staff conduct studies in
wetland monitoring and modeling, atmospheric emissions, forest biometrics, and
watershed modeling, among other topics.
