- At the Center for Educational Technologies we provide solutions that enhance
your lifelong learning and teaching. Using state-of-the-art educational
technology, we create professional development programs, online curriculum, and
various other tools and resources.
We're curriculum developers, scientists, educational researchers, computer
programmers, teachers, professors, technology specialists, videographers. Above
all, we're educators who specialize in proven results.
Our mission is simple: Help teachers teach better; help students learn more.
How we get there is what makes us different. Our products feature
problem-based/inquiry learning. In addition, we evaluate our own offerings and
incorporate current research into the best ways to apply technology in
educational settings.
We've honed our skills through years of providing service to NASA, the U.S.
Department of Education, and the National Science Foundation. Since our
founding in 1994, we've been located at Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling,
WV, where we are also home to the NASA-sponsored Classroom of the Future.
