- Goal
The goal of the faculty is to offer a transparant organization which is home to
outstanding research and challenging and inspiring learning. The faculty aims
to be a place in which staff and students can meet and feel at home.
Teaching
The faculty of Geosciences offers the complete range of courses in both science
and social science. Our bachelor courses Earth Science and Human Geography &
Planning are the largest in the Netherlands. We can offer students the widest
possible choice in modules in the field of the geosciences. The faculty also
offers courses in Environmental and Innovation Science which cross the borders
of science and social science.
