The Fish and Wildlife Division is responsible for all matters relating to
or in any way connected with fish and wildlife, and matters relating to exotic
animals; the rights, property, title, interests and claims of the Crown to and
in fish and wildlife; the conservation and management of fish and wildlife;
the issuance of licenses and permits under the Wildlife Conservation Act, and
the collection of fees; and, programs of land use with respect to the
preservation, maintenance and restoration of fish and wildlife habitat.
