- The Norwegian School of Information Technology, NITH, is a private university
college, owned by the NKI Foundation. NKI is the second largest private
educational provider in Norway. NITH is the only Norwegian university college
that specializes in information technology. The University College is also the
country's largest provider of bachelor's degrees in the field of Computer
Engineering or Information Systems.
NITH has three campuses, one in Oslo, and two in the western part of Norway, in
Bergen and Stavanger. The Oslo campus is the largest, with almost 50% of the
students. The Master Programmes are taught in Oslo only.
